Our subcontractors are carefully vetted by us (on: competency, experience, licenses, insurances, OH&S) and are all highly experienced in all aspects of civil works, infrastructure and general excavations. Their expertise in their machinery will ensure a high level of productivity and minimise the risk of stoppages.

Herberto Miranda (Herbie)

Herberto (Herbie) is a founding partner of Herbies Earthmoving and is responsible for client development and subcontractor relations, a role that is fundamental to the success of the business.

Highly respected in the industry, Herbie is committed to providing superior service. Herbies aims are twofold: to make sure our clients needs are met and to foster an environment of growth and development for our subcontractors.

Herbies career in the earthmoving industry began in 2002 as a bookings coordinator with Eagle Earthmoving, where over a period of seven years with the company, he gained invaluable experience and knowledge of the industry. In 2009, Herbie was appointed general manager with M and K Plant Hire, where he further consolidated and built on his expertise in equipment hire. In 2012, in a joint venture with Sharee Milonas, Herbie established Herbies Earthmoving. Together they have over 30 years of experience in the earthmoving industry.

Sharee Milonas

Sharees introduction to the earthmoving industry came from her family who owned a transport company in New Zealand and who now own an earthmoving business in Brisbane. Through this association Sharee has contributed to the success of two major earthmoving companies over the past 16 years.

At Herbies Earthmoving, Sharee looks after all administrative processes and accounts, a vital service and a key reason why clients and operators stay with Herbies Earthmoving over the long term. Admin support is vital both for our clients and subcontractors as it saves them time, money and ensures everything runs smoothly to schedule.

Along with her years of experience, Sharee has a diploma of management and book keeping.
